2. Product Type

Each product page should indicate whether the product is:

A digital product
A physical product

Customers should review the product description before completing an order.

Digital products do not include physical merchandise unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Physical products will be shipped according to our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

3. Digital Products

Digital products may include editable templates, downloadable designs, digital files, or access to an online editing interface.

Access is normally provided immediately after successful payment.

4. Editable Templates

Certain digital products allow customers to personalize information such as:

Names
Dates
Times
Locations
RSVP details
Event information
Other editable elements

The specific customization available depends on the product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and proofreading all personalized information before downloading, printing, publishing, or distributing a completed design.

5. Third-Party Editing Platforms

Certain digital products may use third-party platforms such as Templett.

Customers do not need to create a Spelnov account to purchase from us.

A third-party editing or fulfillment service may have separate technical requirements, terms, and privacy practices.

6. Product Information

Spelnov makes reasonable efforts to accurately display:

Product descriptions
Product images
Prices
Product type
Included items
Delivery information

Customers should review this information before purchase.

Props used in product images are not included unless explicitly identified as part of the product.

7. Personal-Use License for Digital Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a Spelnov digital template grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for its intended personal purpose.

Customers may not:

Resell the editable template
Redistribute the original digital product
Sell access to the template
Upload the template to another marketplace
Share access for use by unrelated purchasers
Claim the underlying template as their own original design
Create unauthorized competing digital products from it

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Pricing

Product prices are displayed before purchase.

Customers are shown the amount payable before completing checkout.

Spelnov may change prices prospectively, but a later price change does not alter a completed transaction.

9. Shipping Charges

Where shipping charges apply to physical products, those charges will be displayed during checkout before purchase.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

10. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout where required.

Any applicable amount will be displayed before the transaction is completed.

11. Payments

Customers must use one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment services may be provided by Shopify or other secure third-party payment processors.

12. Order Acceptance

Spelnov may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary because of:

Suspected fraud
Unauthorized payment
Technical pricing errors
Abuse of our store
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a legitimate paid order before it has been properly fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

13. Refunds and Returns

Digital products have a 14-day refund request period.

Eligible physical products have a 30-day return period measured from delivery.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact information
Providing an accurate shipping address for physical purchases
Reviewing product descriptions
Reviewing personalized digital content
Ensuring entered event information is correct

15. Intellectual Property

Spelnov's original website materials, branding, written content, graphics, and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, characters, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Customers may not:

Use our store for unlawful activity
Commit payment fraud
Introduce malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with checkout or website functionality
Abuse our return or refund procedures
Resell protected digital products without authorization
Infringe intellectual property rights

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spelnov will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
